How to Use the Knowledge Base Print

What is a Knowledge Base?

A Knowledge Base (or KB) provides posts, articles, guides, and other informational help. You can use it to learn how to do things, or to find solutions for common challenges.

How Do I Find Information?

The KB has a "search" feature where you can type a word into, and then results are returned for all posts containing that word. Otherwise you can click through the categories and browse through each informational post.

How do I Search?

When you visit the Client Care area at: https://www.bloglogistics.care, you will see a search box near the top of the page. You can enter search terms into that, and have results returned for your perusal.

How Do I Browse (or "Surf") the KB?

The KB is organized into topics, and within each topic are the related posts. Sometimes a category might have a sub-category (but we try to avoid that to keep things simpler). You can start viewing the categories here:

How is More Information Highlighted?

There are four distinct highlights as shown below.

Good Information This alert box could indicate things you should do, or a better suggestion.
Helpful This alert box indicates helpful information. It advises you of things you should consider.
Important This alert box could indicate a warning that might need attention.
Danger! This alert box advises you of things to avoid, that could cause a problem.

What Do I Do If I Cannot Find Answers?

If there's something you need and you are not finding it here, naturally a KB such as this cannot possibly contain all the answers to everything. Please feel free to reach out whenever you need support for your account. Simply log into BlogLogistics Client Care and: Open a Support Ticket
